Valentine’s Day may be the “chocolate” holiday… but that doesn’t mean you need to miss out. We have some great tips to keep you on track without having to sacrifice all of those tasty treats!

If you’re planning on going out to dinner on a fun and exciting date, be sure to take a look at our Dining Out Guide before you leave the house. It will help you decide what you can order without over-indulging. Click on the Dining Out Guide, below, to get your free copy or ask your Counselor for one next time you are in the center!

If a cozy dinner at home with your Valentine is more your style, whip up one of our favorite Lean & Green meals. We have an entire list of ideas and recipes on our Pinterst board:

Start Valentine’s Day off the right way with heart shaped chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast (see… we said you wouldn’t have to skip the chocolate). Mix up a batch of Medifast Chocolate Chip Pancake batter and place a heart shaped cookie cutter on a non-stick pan. Once the batter is ready, pour the mixture into the cookie cutter and cook as you normally would.

For desert, we recommend Medifast’s Chocolate Chip Soft Bake Cookie or Brownie!
