Tuscan Chicken Salad Recipe

Chocolate Raspberry

Ingredients

5 oz. cooked chicken breast, chopped
½ c. halved cherry tomatoes
½ c. green beans, steamed
½ c. asparagus, steamed
1 oz. low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. light Italian or lemon vinaigrette
1-2 chopped fresh basil leaves
Freshly ground black pepper, Italian seasoning and sea salt to taste

Directions

Combine all cooked ingredients, toss in vinaigrette and chill for 45 minutes. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
