Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef with 2 tsp canola oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat for 5 – 10 minutes until cooked thoroughly. Drain fat.
Place turnips or cauliflower into boiling water for about 10 minutes or until well done. Drain vegetables; mash until almost smooth.
Mix Brown Gravy Mix and water in small bowl, pour over beef and bring to a boil. Add zucchini and squash. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 – 10 minutes. Transfer meat mixture to 1-1/2 quart baking dish, top with mashed vegetables.
Bake 30 minutes until gravy bubbles and vegetable mash is slightly browned. Serve.
