Rejuvenating Spa Cucumber Smoothie – Recipe

Cucumbers contain silica, which is known to promote healthy joints and helps strengthen connective tissue to keep us moving onward and upward.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ White Grape Peach Infuser
  • ¼ – ½ c. water
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ½ c. ice

Directions

Peel, seed and chop cucumber. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (Cucumber counts as one serving of veggies for the day. Fresh h5me juice and stevia each count as a condiment.)
