Healthy Holidays: Turkey Vegetable Platter and Dip

FALL into the Flavors of the Season with this healthy appetizer!

Get creative with your veggies, but stick to on-plan options! Serve with Medifast Hummus or Skinny Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip!

Medifast Hummus

Ingredients:

8 oz silken tofu
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp Splenda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup canola oil

Directions

In a food processor, blend tofu, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar substitute and salt until smooth.

With processor on, slowly add canola oil in a steady stream until incorporated. Mixture should have consistency of thick mayonnaise.

Skinny Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

Ingredients:

1 tbsp homemade ranch seasoning mix
1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Directions

Mix ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve
