Healthy Holidays: Shepherd’s Pie

FALL into the Flavors of the Season with this healthy dinner option!

Recipe by the Medifast California Roseville Staff

Ingredients:

1 Medifast Mashed Potatoes
½ cup mushrooms
½ cup green beans
½ cup squash
1 cup MSF crumbles
½ cup low sodium broth
2 tbsp low-fat cheese
Dash of onion and garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp minced garlic

Instructions:

Combine crumbles vegetables and broth in small frying pan with spices and lightly sauté.

Pour Ingredients: in soufflé dish and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven and top with prepared MF Mash Potatoes and sprinkle with low-fat cheese.

Put back in oven until cheese and potatoes are golden brown (about 5 minutes).
