Bruschetta Chicken

Ingredients:

5oz cooked chicken breast

½ cup shredded, low-fat mozzarella cheese

1 ½ cup chopped tomato

½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced, dash of pepper

1 teaspoon olive oil

Dash of pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, minus the chicken strips, to make bruschetta.

Allow bruschetta time to set, about 10-15 minutes.

Arrange hot and cooked chicken strips on plate.

Top chicken strips with bruschetta.
