Ingredients:

9 oz shelled shrimp
1tsp fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp chopped onion
½ cup red pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds
¼ tsp dried chili flakes
1 tsp bouillon
1/3 cup water
½ tsp wine vinegar

Directions

Mix garlic and ginger with shrimp in a mixing bowl and place in refrigerator and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Mix bouillon, chili flakes and water in a separate mixing bowl.

Heat skillet and spray with 1 cal spray. Cook shrimp, garlic and ginger until shrimp changes color (less than 1 minute in a hot pan).

Transfer shrimp, garlic and ginger to plate.

Rinse skillet.

Spray skillet with 1 cal and cook onion for 1 minute, add zucchini and pepper and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Add the shrimp, garlic and ginger and heat through completely.

Serve decorated with sesame seeds.
