November 14, 2014

In honor of November being National Diabetes Awareness Month, we want to take a moment to discuss how Medifast can help you get to a healthier weight and enjoy living life to the fullest. The Medifast Diabetes Program is convenient and simple to follow; emphasizing portion-controlled eating at regular times throughout the day. All Medifast Meals are safe for people with diabetes, and can be used in certain Medifast plans with your health care provider or diabetes specialist’s permission. If you or a loved one have diabetes, our program will help you get healthier—safely. We recommend you discuss all of your medical conditions and weight-loss plans with your healthcare provider before starting the Medifast program. For more information on the Medifast Diabetes Program click here.
