From prep time to cost, diet limitations to inclusions, this infographic has everything you need to know about the trending diets. Whether you just want to be well informed or you are looking for your next weight loss strategy, it is important to know what each diet entails. Being fit and in-shape is something that most people strive for, but you won’t believe what extreme diets people have tried to get there.

While they all have their own pros and cons, it can be difficult to determine whether or not a diet works, and which one is right for you.
