Stress can take a toll on anyone, in order to live a happy and healthy life try to reduce stress with one of these tips!

  1. Volunteer your time. Pay it forward to a stranger or volunteer with a local charity.
  2. Get creative! Take up pottery, painting or buy some adult coloring books.
  3. Treat¬†yourself. Indulge in a small piece of dark chocolate or buy something you’ve been lusting over.
  4. Avoid toxic people. Surround yourself with people who are positive and believe in you.
  5. Draw a bath, add aromatherapy oils to the water.
  6. Pursue an interest outside of your career
  7. Head to a yoga class. Build strength, flexibility and soothe the mind.
  8. Book a trip! Take a weekend trip or vacation and head out of town.
  9. Clear your space and declutter your home.
  10. Get a huge and give a hug to a loved one.
  11. Simplify your life. Cut out anything you think may be unnecessary.
  12. Take a break. Make sure to take a quick walk around the building and to eat for lunch.

  19. Get a massage. The calming music, relaxing scents and the physical release of tension from your body’s stress points will have you feeling lighter.
  20. Wake up with a smile. Start and end each day with positive affirmations.
